Overview

This Policies page outlines the operational guidelines and standards that govern the relationship between Wizvend and our clients. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies. We regularly review and update these policies to reflect our evolving best practices.

These policies apply to all clients, contractors, and individuals who interact with Wizvend services, platforms, or personnel.

Service Delivery Policy

Wizvend is committed to delivering high-quality Amazon growth services in a timely and professional manner. Our commitments include:

  • A dedicated Partner Lead assigned to your account within 3 business days of onboarding
  • Initial account audit delivered within 7 business days of access being granted
  • Monthly performance reports delivered by the 5th of each calendar month
  • Strategy review calls scheduled at least once per month
  • Response to urgent client enquiries within 4 business hours
  • Response to non-urgent enquiries within 1 business day

Service timelines may be affected by delays in client-side access provisioning, platform outages, or force majeure events. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Payment & Billing Policy

All services are billed according to the plan or contract agreed upon at the time of engagement. Our standard billing terms are as follows:

  • Invoicing: Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for the upcoming service period.
  • Payment Due: Payment is due within 7 calendar days of invoice date.
  • Late Payments: Accounts overdue by more than 14 days may result in a pause of services. A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue balances.
  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, major credit/debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
  • Currency: Invoices are issued in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Price Changes: Any pricing changes will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days' notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that business needs change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair to both parties:

  • Notice Period: A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required to cancel ongoing services.
  • Prepaid Services: Fees paid for services not yet rendered at the time of cancellation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus any setup or onboarding fees.
  • Non-Refundable Items: One-time audit fees, onboarding fees, and custom content or design work that has been delivered are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation Process: To cancel, please email info@wizvend.com with your account details and intended cancellation date.

If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to speak with your Partner Lead before initiating a cancellation. We are committed to resolving issues and finding a solution that works for you.

Acceptable Use Policy

To ensure a safe and productive environment for all clients and our team, users of our services agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information about their Amazon account, products, or business
  • Use our services to engage in activities that violate Amazon's Terms of Service
  • Attempt to manipulate reviews, ratings, or rankings through fraudulent means
  • Share proprietary Wizvend strategies, templates, or data with competitors
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse Wizvend personnel
  • Engage in any activity that is illegal or infringes on the rights of others

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

Confidentiality Policy

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Amazon account credentials and performance data
  • Business strategies, plans, and financial information
  • Wizvend proprietary methodologies, templates, and processes
  • Personal data of the client's customers

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 2 years.

Intellectual Property Policy

Client-owned content: All product listings, brand assets, and content created specifically for your brand remain your intellectual property upon full payment.

Wizvend-owned tools: Internal tools, dashboards, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Wizvend remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients receive a limited licence to use outputs derived from these tools for their own Amazon business.

Portfolio use: With your written consent, we may reference your brand and general results (e.g., "120%+ revenue growth") in our marketing materials and case studies without revealing sensitive business data.
